The University of West Florida Small Business Development Center and the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce are co-sponsoring the January Brown Bag Lunch titled, "Facebook 'How To' for Small Business". Jay Massey from Coco Design will be presenting. Attendees will learn step-by-step instructions on how to set up a Facebook fan page for their business.

About the Presenter

P. Jay Massey is the founder and internet marketing strategist at Coco Design and Coco Government Services (Coco GS) with previous experience as a PC systems consultant for Invesco Funds Group in Denver. His diverse background also includes working for United Parcel Service, founding Video Express, and working in radio.

Coco Design is a national internet technology and marketing firm specializing in rich internet application development. Established in 1994, Coco's expertise grew out of a passion for new media design toward a focus on browser-based information technology. Coco provides online / handheld application development and internet marketing services to commercial and non-profit clients as well as application development targeting technology transfer to government agencies.

Along with his duties at Coco, Jay frequently speaks to area businesses and professional associations on e-commerce, internet marketing and social media marketing. He is a past president of the American Advertising Federation in Pensacola and also serves on several business development and charitable boards including: Northwest Florida IT Advisory Council, High Growth Business Advisory Board, Pensacola Downtown Improvement Board, Appetite for Life Advisory Board, UWF Institute for Innovative Community Learning Advisory Council, Jerry Maygarden Leaders in Education, George Stone Advisory Board; and served as executive director for Slowlane.com from 1997-2007.
