Qualifications: Comprehensive knowledge and experience with the Ruby language, database integration and Rails application deployment. Daily use of versioning software (i.e. Subversion or CVS) required. Understanding of web standards and cross-browser compliance is required. Experience with Fireworks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS and a love for W3C Standards, Mac OSX and TextMate a plus.

Skills Required: Ability to design, construct, test, and implement internet web-based applications using Ruby on Rails. (What this really means… if you are not familiar with Ruby on Rails, do not apply, it will be a waste of your time.)

Working level knowledge of the Ruby on Rails framework, Linux (Debian) server administration, including nginx, mongrel, Apache and postfix.
